Two important activities within the financial area are trusts and receiverships established or appointed consensually by the parties or by a court. We have provided advice to institutional clients on the management of trusts and receiverships pursuing and successfully accomplishing specific goals and policies of those institutions and at the same time protecting and in some instances improving our clients’ credit ratings and cash-flows.
